Hallo,
gibt es für das FTM-7250 ein Service-Manual? Ich habe leider noch keines gefunden.
Außerdem suche ich eine Pinbelegung/Schaltung für ein Programmierkabel zum Selbstbau.

Zitat:[*]Greetings,
I am trying to make a homebrew cable to program many radios via Chirp. I bought a USB 232 ttl and a USB ttl FTDI. I cannot get either to read the radio?
Has anyone been successful in building their own cable for the modular plugs on the 1802, 2800, 1900?
Could you please help?
Thank you
Mike

Yaesu CT-29F is the Serial (RS-232) programming cable for the Yaesu FT-2800, FT-1500, FT-1807, and FT-1802 radios.
Above, is the Front View of the Radio's Microphone jack
This is also the Rear (cable view) of mating connector.
Pin 1 (Program Data, combined Rx/Tx) and Pin 3 (Ground) are relevant in connector.
A diode is commonly used to separate Rx/Tx functions at USB bridge chip. (UART-to-USB)
Sometimes serial inversion is required (FTDI bridge chips can be programmed for that function).
Most common error is incorrect wiring of tbe RJ12 (6P6C) modular connector.
Yaesu, since 1970s, has bad habit of connector numbering as "Mirror image" (backwards).
